• This course takes an in-depth look at digital workflow and the importance of CBCT when planning cases.
• You will be presented with a short video followed by an assessment with options for feedback and reflection.
• Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download.
• If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

 This course aims to give delegates an understanding of the principles of PDIP and its importance. 

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

• Detail the importance of CBCT in implant planning.
• Explain the 'full digital workflow' for implant cases.
• Detail the principles of PDIP and how to plan from a CBCT scan and use an intraoral scanner.
• Provide an overview of how to restore a single implant case using digital techniques.

After completing this course the learner will gain an understanding of:

• The benefits of surgical guides, including how to design them and case selection
• The restorative considerations when planning an implant case using PDIP in the full digital workflow
• The digital techniques for restoring an implant
