  • Once you have achieved a mark of 80% or more, you will be presented with a certificate to download. 
  • If you do not pass you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment.

Aims

This course aims to provide social and environmental values for dental professionals by looking at green environmental and safeguarding issues.

Objectives

During this course learners will be able to:

  • Examine the social impact of 'green' sustainability measures currently in place at your practice.
  • Recognize the range of social responsibilities for safeguarding and protecting vulnerable patients.
  • Review guidance and regulations to develop working practices.
  • Identify dental ethical values associated with environmental social responsibilities for dental professionals.
  • Research how social responsibilities and duty of care are enacted.
  • Define ways ethical values can be embedded into working practices, policies, and procedures.
