Course Details:

This course aims to help learners distinguish between the relevant roles involved in the decontamination process, outlining each individuals responsibilities. 

You will be presented with a presentation followed by an assessment. If you achieve 80% or more, you pass the course, and will receive a printable certificate to place in your CPD folder. 

If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and take the assessment again when you feel confident. 

Aims:

This course aims to help learners distinguish between the relevant roles involved in the decontamination process, outlining each individual's responsibilities. 

Objectives:

Learners will be able to understand:

  • The requirement of each decontamination associated job role.
  • The responsibilities for each role.
  • The requirement of meeting the Choice Framework for Local Policy & Procedures 01-01 Part A.

Learning Outcomes:

The learner will be able:

  • To recognise the different roles involved in the decontamination process.
  • To clearly identify the responsibilities of each role.
  • Understand the importance of documenting personnel.
  • Know what is required in developing a policy and procedure in regards to the decontamination process.
